Seams to be a great value based on pricing these days. 223 and 50-55gr bullets I would start at 4gr N310 and reduce the load until you're subsonic / happy with. I have safely tested up to 6gr N310, so no safety concerns in the unlikely event that I double charge a case. I use 3gr N310 with an 83gr cast bullet (about 980fps) in my 6x45 (6mm-223). Ran about 500 of the 1000 using mostly my Sig P365 and not one issue yet. Vihtavuori N310 is a great powder for this. I look forward to continuing to train with this ammo. In those 1,000 rounds I had no ammunition-related malfunctions. I have not done any accuracy testing yet. This with CCI 41 primers and mixed brass.

4.6 gr broke the sound barrier and I had the telltale crack on about 50 of the rounds. The load I settled on was 4.4gr Trail Boss. It is accurate, produces consistent velocities, and reliable. I have worked up my first 223 sub load using 55gr FMJ bullets. I have purchased and shot over 1,000 rounds of this ammunition in the past month and it has been superb in all regards.
